I’m a software engineer at Softtech, the technology company of İşbank — Turkey’s largest private bank. Most of my work lives on the backend: Java 17 and Spring Boot microservices, the REST and SOAP APIs that connect them to other systems, and the data layers underneath.
I started my career at Turkcell, building internal tools for more than 20,000 users. Since joining Softtech in 2022 I’ve worked on the CRM platform used by over 10,000 İşbank employees — tuning SQL Server queries, moving legacy VB.NET modules to modern Java, and containerizing services with Docker.
Beyond the backend, I keep a close interest in AI and machine learning — my graduation project was a real-time deep learning system for detecting safety equipment — and a Mini MBA has given me a business-side view of the systems I build.
